1. You accept the offer and return the form (or call).
2. We do our due diligence and verify the condition, check for liens, encumbrances, taxes, flood maps, access of the property, etc..
3. Upon approval, a third-party notary will meet with you in a safe and public area, at which time you sign and receive your check.
If my offer is too far off of what you would like to get for your property, please disregard. You’ll only receive 1 offer from us so please don’t worry about being taken off the list. We don’t want to hound you about it if you’re not interested in selling!
